The Last of Havas Worldwide's Schwab Business Is in Review

The remaining Charles Schwab trading service work at Havas Worldwide is up for grabs after Havas landed competitor TD Ameritrade in May.

The assignment covers offerings like Active Trader and optionsXpress, with combined revenue of about $3 million. The current review, which is being managed by External View Consulting Group in Culver City, Calif., does not include any of the Schwab brand work that Crispin Porter + Bogusky won in February 2013.

In confirming the search, believed to be in its early stages, a Schwab representative said the company expects to make an agency selection this fall. The review is for creative responsbilities only; UM continues to handle Schwab media.

Havas, formerly known as Euro RSCG, was awarded responsibilities as the San Francisco’s financial concern’s lead creative agency in 2004 before relinquishing brand marketing to CP+B.
